Gründung:

Die VCS wurde am 24. Oktober 1992 als Zusammenschluss eigenständiger Damenverbindungen gegründet. Die Intention bei der Gründung war es, die Zusammenarbeit der Verbindungen intensiver zu gestalten und auf Verbandsebene eine bessere Möglichkeit zu haben, Anliegen in die Öffentlichkeit zu tragen.

Gründungsmitglieder: C.St.V. Salia Babenberg, K.S.H.V. Juvavia Salzburg, C.oe.a.St.V. Elisabethina Wien, (Serafina Graz).
